Ordering

What currency are your prices in?

We are based in London, UK so if you are a UK customer, our prices will be in GBP. You can also choose to see prices in € Euros (if are you located within the EU) or $ USD (if you are located in the USA). Note: prices will be shown in £ GBP at check out and international credit cards will process as normal. 

Do you offer “gift” options?

Not automatically yet but we are hoping to soon! If you want to get inquire about gift options for a special someone, send us an email: support@latulipelondon.com

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we are not able to make any changes. If you are really in a bind and your order has not been shipped yet, please email us (support@latulipelondon.com) to cancel your order and place a new one—we will always do our best to accommodate. Please note, we process orders really quickly and once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or make any changes.

If you notice any information in your order has been input incorrectly, i.e. your shipping address, please email us (support@latulipelondon.com) ASAP, otherwise orders may be delayed or get returned to us.

Where’s my order?

You will automatically get a shipping confirmation email when your package has been sent along with tracking information (if you’ve selected this option at checkout). It may take 24 hours for tracking to appear.

My package arrived damaged!

Ughhhh, please contact us right away (support@latulipelondon.com) and we will fix it for you.

My package has been lost!

If you order has been lost in transit, please contact us ASAP (support@latulipelondon.com) so we can figure it out.

FYI: after an order has been delivered to you, but it has been lost or stolen, we cannot be held responsible.

Sale

What does Final Sale mean?

All products marked “final sale” cannot be returned for refund or online credit (sorry!). If you are unsure about a product that is marked “final size” please contact us (support@latulipelondon.com) to ask questions before ordering.

Can I return Final Sale items?

Sorry, but “final sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged for refund or store credit. This applies for items bought as gifts, too.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Orders must be placed by 12pm. Aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Rates are calculated based on size and weight of the products.

UK Domestic Orders Under £100:

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders must be placed by 12pm. Delivered next working day by 1pm. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

UK Domestic Orders Over £100

Royal Mail First Class Recorded FREE!

International Orders

For international orders, we currently ship to the USA and within the EU. If you live in a country outside of these zones, please email us support@latulipelondon.com and we can see if we can figure it out just for you!

Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at check out. Rates are calculated based on destination, size, and weight of the products. Please note: you may be responsible for taxes and duties upon arrival.

Royal Mail International Standard is untracked and unsigned. Aims to deliver in Europe within 3 - 5 days. Aims to deliver rest of world 7 - 10 days. 

DHL Express is tracked and signed for. Aims to deliver within 1 - 3 business days worldwide.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us (support@latulipelondon.com) and we will provide you with a return address and information. Sorry, we do not offer free returns at this time.

Products must be returned in unused or unworn conditions with original packaging/tags (where applicable) for a full refund.

Upon receipt of returned products, we will issue your refund minus any delivery charges. Refund will be issued on your original form of payment only. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 3 business days receipt. Your credit card may take 5 - 10 business days to issue a credit to the original form of payment.

What if my return is late?

Returns/exchanged must be received within 14 days of delivery in order to get a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange at item, you can return the order for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and place a new order.
